Leading transport and engineering organisation is undertaking a massive restructure that will enable them to be worldclass in their field. This key post requires a HR for HR Manager to work with the senior management team to deliver the HR strategy for a client group of 1,000 employees to improve business performance and achieve business objectives. Key accountabilities will be to develop a HR plan covering resourcing, development, performance management and organisational change initiatives. You will need to be a real change agent.
This role will suit an HR Manager with solid management skills and commercial awareness with a strong degree of business acumen. Technically you will have solid generalist HR exposure, with real experience of leading large scale HR projects! It is likely that you will be CIPD qualified or equivalent.
