Norwood is a charity working with Adults and Children with learning disabilities. We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our strong HR team based in Stanmore, Middlesex.
This is an exciting time to join a strong inspirational HR team if you are willing to go the “extra mile” and develop skills and experience in a number of challenging and exciting projects and areas of human resource management.
HR MANAGER
(Based in Stanmore, Middlesex & expected to travel across NE and NW London)
c.£40,000 per annum (35 hours per week)
Managing a team of dedicated HR professionals you will assume responsibility for provision of the first class proactive operational HR service across all London divisions. You will be a CIPD qualified self starter, a strategic thinker who is able to build credibility as well as challenge and influence at all levels. With previous experience in a
similar role you will have sound knowledge of employment legislation, experience of managing change and determination and commitment to move the department forward. Ref HRM/PM/1
