HR Staff Search are seeking a HR Manager for a leading organisation based in London. This is an exciting position where you will be able to develop, utilise and enhance your skill set.

The purpose of this position is to help grow, maintain and develop the employee base within the organisation across 3 global locations. You will be developing and implementing an HR strategy across the company and ensuring that the company fulfils its legal obligations towards employees in each of the countries it operates in. You will also be introducing, developing and monitoring a performance management framework as well as being involved in organisational development.

The ideal candidate will be of a graduate calibre form a RedBrick University. It is also essential that you are CIPD qualified. You will also need to be CIPD qualified.
