My client is a boutique strategy consultancy handing the most complex issues facing top-level management. Your role here will be to support the HR Director and advise the business on HR related issues. You will also be expected to implement and support change processes and other HR initiatives. Your key responsibilities will be the salary review process including conducting benchmarking exercises and bonus payment reviews, initiating the appraisal process whilst working alongside the training team as well as conducting all employee relation meetings and monitoring occupational health issues. You will also be expected to support the international ambassador programme, initiating the relocation and visa/work permit procedure as well as coordinating the mentoring process and update Firm on employment law legislation. This role requires CIPD qualification and time spent managing a team within a professional services environment.
