My client is a market leading Integrated agency who are looking to recruit and experienced (Media) HR Manager.

Essential Skills:
HR Management experience within Media
CIPD Qualified
Degree Educated (Or Equivalent)
Commercially and financially aware
Innovative
Excellent interpersonal skills
Available Immediately (Would be preferable)
Job Description:
Providing strategic insight and timely advice to management
Assisting management in the development and implementation of HR strategies
Providing generalist HR support to all agency departments
Contributing to wider company projects
Supporting the Management team with training and development when needed
Managing and monitoring the appraisal process
Overseeing the recruitment and selection function
Driving direct recruitment for all positions and developing alternative and attractive recruitment strategies
Providing specialist legal advice
Salary advice
Managing the agency benefits program
Overseeing the implementation of their Graduate program
Overseeing agency induction program
Providing timely and accurate reports
Participation in enhancing internal and external PR
Handling disciplines and grievances
