Job Description

My client, a medium sized law firm, are looking to employ an HR Manager to manage the administration and implementation of all HR and Training policies, procedures and plans. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment of fee-earners and oversee recruitment of support staff as well as oversee and deliver training and development at all levels and formulate annual HR and Training budgets. As the HR Manager you will also be required to ensure use of performance management including providing expert advice to Partners and managers regarding disciplinary and grievance issues, manage annual salary review, monitor the Firms benefits and bonus packages and line manage the two junior members of the HR team. You will be CIPD qualified, have experience of working in a professional services firm, ideally within legal, and have proven experience of planning and delivering training and development initiatives.
