Job Description

Our Client, an organisation, based in London is seeking an experienced HR Professional to join their busy team as a HR Manager. This role will cover the generalist remit and working closely with the existing HR team you will provide a comprehensive Human Resources service across the organisation.

You will be providing advice to Managers on complex employee relations matters including performance management and capability. Managing and developing staff, ensuring their work loads are well balanced and effective throughput and service levels are maintained.

The successful candidate will ideally be CIPD qualified with a proven track record of successfully delivering effective HR solutions. Strong employment legislation experience is essential.
