Leading International Law Firm based in the City are expanding rapidly and are currently seeking an experienced Manager to support effective staff management and development within their Compliance, Corporate Finance, Pensions and Employment and the secretarial float team in London. Responsibilities will also extend to their Brussels office. The ideal candidate will have minimum five years’ of human resources management and relevant HR/CIPD qualifications as well as the energy and drive to deliver an effective HR service across these offices. Liaising with Partners and Head Office in the States this is both hands-on and strategic and a fantastic chance to be at the forefront of the development of one of the current most exciting US Law Firms in London. Duties will include dealing with employee relations, benefits and remuneration.
