The Role
As HR Manager you will partner with the senior management team providing comprehensive advice, support and guidance on all HR initiatives. Providing generalist support to the Head Office operation, you will lead the HR strategy, processes and delivery of HR services to ensure current and future needs of the business are successfully achieved.
You will support and facilitate effective organisational and change programmes and lead on a range of strategic HR initiatives through the business including: ER, Recruitment, succession planning, talent recognition and career development & planning whilst actively contributing to an extensive programme of internal HR process improvement and development.
The Person
Of graduate calibre and CIPD qualified or equivalent, you are likely to have HR management or Business Partner experience gained within a large, multi site organisation with in depth knowledge of generalist HR issues, ideally gained within large complex organisations. Innovative and creative you will have a solutions based approach to solving HR issues and ideally have experience of a business partnering approach, working collaboratively with multi functional teams to deliver an effective HR service. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a commercially focussed environment and have a strong understanding of commercial realities in a business-facing environment together with a strong enough character to be able to influence senior management.
