The Background
One of the world’s most prestigious fashion retail organisations is currently seeking an experienced Regional HR Specialist to provide a forward thinking and first class operational and strategic HR service to the head office and UK stores.
Providing a seamless service to their customers, they lead the industry through continuous improvement in the quality of their products and innovative marketing and brand awareness. This key role will involve providing area HR support covering sites across the UK. With flexibility to work from home, you will be required to work from the Northampton site at least 2 days a week.
The Role
The primary focus of this role is to provide a generalist HR service to the business across the UK & Ireland. This is an integral role in acting as the primary interface on all HR and people issues whilst encompassing all duties attached with the position. The successful candidate will be working alongside the UK HR Manager-Retail, supporting area business goals and delivering a first class operational HR service in areas such as Recruitment & Resourcing, Employee Relations, Policy & Procedures, Recognition & Reward and all other generalist duties.
You will ideally be of graduate calibre and CIPD qualified with regional generalist HR experience ideally from a retail background. A commercially focused, robust operator you will be able to challenge and influence at all levels, be passionate about people and able to work collaboratively across the business. Excellent people management, communication and influencing skills are also essential for this role.
