The position will have 4 direct reports (HR Business partners). As a field based Senior HR Manager you will be visiting stores, supporting and advising management across every aspect of HR. You will be supporting 300+ stores on your area. As an experienced multi-site HR Manager, you will have an in depth understanding and appreciation of the complexities that a major high street retail business possesses. You will be adept at influencing at a senior level and will be able to communicate across all levels of the business. Initially a 12 month interim contract, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional looking for a challenging opportunity within fashion retail.
