My client, a boutique strategy consultancy, is looking for a Staffing Manager to join their expanding team. The main aspect of this position is looking after the consultants themselves, resourcing allocation of talent according to availability and the needs of the business. Not only will you become the prime contact for all staffing decisions, you’ll also track annual leave, monitor billable hours and hire contractors as and when required, as well as various project-based initiatives. This role will suit someone with experience in resource allocation, has proven negotiating and persuasion skills, with decision-making power, preferably within a partnership environment.
