This world leader is looking to recruit a part time HR Manager (25 – 30 Hours) to play an integral role in their future development.

This multinational organisations performance relies on strong HR support. They are looking for an experienced HR manager who can develop and implement the HR strategy and ensure the practical application of best practice across all the UK sites in line with the company’s core values

You will be an active and committed member of the management team and ensure that the company has a complete set of HR policies and procedures reflecting legislative requirements.

Ideally you will be CIPD qualified and educated to degree level, with experience gained within a fast paced manufacturing or distribution environment. You will have the ability to communicate at all levels and have previous experience of working within an unionised environment. The successful candidate will have multi-site experience, with extensive knowledge of employment law.
