A successful manufacturing company is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their team in Middle East on a permanent basis. Your responsibilities will include:
Seeking to continuously improve the quality and value of the HR service provided to the organization;
Managing performance to improve the capability of the team;
Recruitment, performance management and employee relations processes;
Develop, manage and implement a range of HR policies, initiatives and specific projects;
Supporting the rapidly growing employee workforce.
To contribute to the development and implementation of a business focused HR plan;
HR Policy and Specialist Advice and Employment Administration.
The successful candidate will:
Have an HR Generalist background and currently working at HR Managerial level
Have Manufacturing Services experience;
Ideally be educated to degree level or equivalent.
