The Background
A Market leading organisation with a powerful brand and well-known name is currently seeking a Head of HR to work at one of their specialist sites. This role is responsible for the creation and delivery of the business improvement and business management strategy.
The Role
You will establish and implement a HR strategy, which will support the achievement of the group objectives and the delivery of the IBP.
Provide HR leadership, governance and consultancy to the specialist site.
Work closely with the Managing Director to develop and build effective senior management capability.
Improve the HR processes and practise to integrate with the rest of the business.
Develop the capability of the HR team to ensure a seamless HR service.
Lead the group in continuously improving levels of quality through Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI).
Ensure the group operates to the required SHE standards.
The Person
This is an exciting opportunity for a HR Manager with a good understanding of business principles as the role is about being a business partner not just a leader. You will have a broad HR background, excellent leadership and relationship building skills. The ideal candidate will have proven experience of working within a HR Shared Service environment with substantial knowledge of HR service delivery, you will also be able to implement a HR Strategy within a large organisation.
