Job Description

My NHS Trust in South of Tyne and Wear is entering an exciting period in its development and the requirement for a highly professional HR service will be critical. HR services are provided within an integrated team working across the 3 PCTs. They are looking for an experienced HR professional to join their well resourced team to oversee the development of a suite of integrated HR policies and procedures which reflect best practice and comply with legal requirements. You will also lead the process of effectively implementing the HR policies and procedures ensuring effective communication and training for managers and staff. The successful applicant will be at least MCIPD or equivalent with experience of working in an HR management role. You should have demonstrable knowledge of employment law and personnel policies and procedures as well as significant experience of designing and delivering training programmes. Salery £24000 - £32000 pro rata
