Job Description
This large and well known public sector organisation has a requirement for a commercially aware, performance orientated people manager to drive improvements in the success of employees and the wider business. This business makes a massive impact on many lives, and your role will be crucial to continue the success and reputation in the area. You will provide leadership and advice to remote employees and take responsibility for both strategic HR and business planning. This is not a standard Senior HRpost, and you must have wider operational business knowledge and budgetary experience to succeed. You will look at the following:
• Develop HR strategy aligned to business and development needs and implement using relevant targets and KPIs
• Build and develop relationships with other senior management, stakeholders and external bodies
• Engaging with the local community to increase awareness and confidence in the organisation
• Act as a member of the Group Strategy Board and be the principle contact for interaction with other businesses
• Liaise with senior Head Office management and update local strategy as required

• A proven resource manager capable of maximising potential and performance
• Business aware and able to manage budgets, estates, projects, future business direction/forecasting•and set targets
• Communicate and influence at the most senior level both internally and externally
• Experienced in multi site HR Management and generalist work
• Up to date in employment law legislation
