Job Description
As an experienced HR Manager you will be tasked with the running of the HR department on a daily basis. Reporting into and working closely with the HR Director you will work towards this organisations long term strategic goals in order to add consistent value and move the organisation forward. Your key tasks will include supporting the development of the HR function, develop relationships inside and outside the business and provide a quality HR service at all times. Other responsibilities include:
• HR Strategy and Planning.
• Relationship Management.
• Project Work.
• HR Support.
Our client are looking for an experienced HR Manager that has the skill set and experience to be able to come in and hit the ground running. You will be able to forge relationships quickly and successfully within your team and beyond. You will also have experience in the following areas:
• Management of HR Change.
• Leading Restructure.
• Experience of TUPE.
You will also posses the following attributes and qualifications, CIPD qualified, Tenacious and a passion for HR within the business.

Salary £40k pro rata
