Job Description
This is an exciting time for my public sector client. They are a leading public sector organisation who are devoted to the learning and development of there staff
Job purpose
1. To provide a professional and proactive personnel service to designated Business Units and Directorates within the organisation providing senior level advice and expertise across a range of employment issues.
2. To act as a Team Leader responsible for the day to day operation of the personnel function and personnel staff within the designated work area.
3. To take a lead role in the development and maintenance of the organisation's job evaluation process.
The ideal candidate will possess the following;
1. You will be a graduate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (or equivalent HR qualification)
2. Be able to demonstrate senior level experience.
3. An in-depth knowledge of employment legislation and current personnel issues,
4. Experience of handling complex employee relations issues is essential.
