Job Description
This is an exciting role for a dynamic and skilled HR professional. The key responsibilities of the role cover the full generalist remit but include:-
Developing the store recruitment team.
Training need analysis and coaching/supportfor in-storeHR team, management team and line management
Managing performance of the management team
Ensuring D&G and ER policies are known and adhered to
Planning staff deployment with the GM
My client is looking for:-
Strong man management and motivational skills to directly manage a team of HR professionals and build strong key relationships with the relevant stakeholders
A good and comprehensive knowledge of employment law
A strong manager who has had exposure to a wide range of ER issues
A working knowledge of payroll systems would be desirable but not essential
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A background in retail
Our client is a large and well known national retailer
A package of between £30,000 and £33,000 is on offer subject to experience.
