Our client has an opportunity for a HR Manager to be based in Manchester. Working effectively in the HR Department this position will report directly into the Head of HR. Responsibilities will include: Develop and maintain the HR Department. Manage Recruitment and Selection Employee Relation, Disciplinaries and Grievances, Absence Management Policies and Procedure Development / Implementation Support to Senior Management Employment Law. CIPD qualified. Salary is up to £40,000. Applicants from a Legal or Financial sector will be preferable, however exceptional applicants from other sectors will also be considered.
