Job Description

Working for one of the Worlds largest manufacturers in their market employing over 500+ employees at their site near in Cumbria and Warrington. You will be operating on a strategic level, managing operational change strategies and re-structuring individual departments across the company. Dealing with Trade Union representatives and participating in regular Director meetings. Key Responsibilities: Health & Safety, liasing with the factory manager and Learning and Development. Disciplinary and Grievance appeals, Recruitment and Retention, updating policies and procedures, Training and Development and Health & Safety. Proactively reviwing and developing HR practices in relation to emplyees, making recommendations to Directors to propose suitable changes.
