Job Description

My client is a leader in the leisure industry and has just acquired four new sites in the UK, continuing an exciting period of change and growth. They are now seeking an INTERIM HR MANAGER to work from their Wirral based headquarters for a four-month period. With a background in either retail or leisure, you will have experience of working in a changing environment, enabling you to adapt to the culture changes that are aloof. A strong generalist skill set is essential, as you will be the main port of call for HR, ER and employment law queries. It is essential that you have demonstrable success in the harmonisation of terms, designing policies and procedures and implementing them across multisite businesses. The role is to be based in the organisations Wirral based head office and the role will involve some travel UK wide (this will not involve a stop over usually) The role is to start in October so is a great opportunity for candidates finishing their current contracts to secure a position which will see you through to the new year
