My NHS client is based in South Merseyside is looking for a generalist HR Manager to complete a 9-Month interim assignment to cover a maternity leave. This is an out and out generalist management position so you should have experience of working in this capacity. Your day to day duties will include the management of: - Employee Relations Employment law (escalation of complex issues) Recruitment L+D Whilst you will work in a managerial role, you will have no direct reports as they will go to the HRD. Your position will be to hold the fort, use your experience and promote best practise. Rates negotiable but £30-£40k
