Job Description
The role is an Operations Manager to manage the HR Administration and Payroll Services department of a large business services organisation. The key responsibilities of the role are:-
• To liaise and develop strong internal and external client relationships to ensure the effective delivery and monitoring of services.
• To contribute as a member of the business leadership team to ensure a co-ordinated approach to service improvements and developments,
• To provide support, leadership and guidance to a large HR Admin and Payroll team and to a quality work standard.
• To actively contribute to the financial planning processes, monthly forecasting, P&L and business planning.
• To constantly seek to improve the way business is delivered through analysis and creativity, problem solving and change initiatives
The ideal candidate will have:-
• Strong motivational and management skills, with the desire to inspire and create exceptional levels of performance
• A background in financial services, contact centres or shared services would be desirable but not essential
• A working knowledge of payroll systems would be desirable but not essential
• A strong operational knowledge and understanding
• Experience in working with a customer facing industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Our client is the HR Admin and Payroll provider for a leading provider of outsourced services
A salary of between £36,000 and £38,000 is on offer.
