Title: Personnel Manager
Excellent salary plus benefits
Location: Stockport
Our client, Frederic Robinson Limited is a well known family run brewery, with a very strong heritage. The Company supplies its own estate of public houses, which are mainly in the North West of England.
The Company continues to focus on award winning quality beers, which have become well known and very popular. In addition they sell to the free trade and provide contract bottling and brewing for other brewers.
Managing a small team an opportunity has arisen, at Unicorn Brewery, for a CIPD qualified and all round Personnel Manager who has a number of years experience operating in a unionised environment.
To ensure that Senior Managers and the Board are fully briefed and the Company remains compliant with employment legislation, responsibilities cover a comprehensive understanding of HR topics, including recruitment and retention, reward, contracts of employment, payroll structures and TUPE, as well as the drafting, consulting and implementation of policies and procedures.
Critical to this role is integrity, negotiating skills and sound judgement, with an ability to persuade and motivate others at all levels, in order for them to maximise their contribution.
