My client based in Warrington is currently recruiting for a Regional HR Manager to cover the North West region. Reporting to the Divisional Manager, the chosen candidate will be responsible for a small HR team of 3. You will be working in a Unionised environment and the work ethic will be fast paced. You must have at least 3-5 years experience in a commercial industry and you must be CIPD qualified or equivalent. The role: Dealing with disciplinary/grievance cases and absence management issues on a regular basis, managing recruitment campaigns, employment law advice and dismissing staff.
