Our professional services client based in Manchester have now enlisted the help of HR Staff Search to recruit for a Senior HR Manager. As a key member of the HR team your focus will very much be business related. This will involve supporting the business to achieve challenging goals and objectives, drive forward HR initiatives whilst offering excellent operational support. You will be expected to initiate projects across the full HR spectrum and adopt a true business approach. In addition to dealing with the normal day to day duties of a busy HR department you will be fully responsible for a number of extremely exciting projects, thus previous project management experience will prove beneficial. All applicants must have previous professional services experience, have a strong working knowledge of UK employment law, be extremely commercial with the ability to immediately gain credibility, have a positive 'can do attitude' with a high level of detail. Salary is between £40,00 to £50,000.
