As a Business Development Manager for sf group (Accountancy & HR Recruitment), you will manage a local geographical team of between 5 - 8 accountancy recruitment consultants. You will take the role of a hands-on manager, where you will be responsible for generating jobs for the team, motivating, managing and developing your team and the control of the team's budget. Proven man management experience is essential along with the capability to lead from the front, develop client relationships and drive both individual and team targets. sf group was established in 1997 and now employs over 100 Recruitment Consultants specialising in Accountancy and HR recruitment. Founded in the Midlands, we have grown to a network of 19 offices across the UK. Our success has been largely based on our core values which include, honesty, investing in our employees, work life balance and giving back to the community. Last year, we ranked 35th in the Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For which is testament to the working culture we have at sf group and with this, brings opportunities for us to recruit new Business Development Managers. This position includes quarterly and annual bonuses based on your team's performance, a car allowance including fuel card, mobile phone, a monthly manager's allowance, free parking provided and casual dress policy.
