You will develop and implement processes to manage policies on retraining, redeployment, vacancy selection, outplacement and redundancy to support the closure programme in each business area You will work closely with the management teams to develop and implement Human Resources action plans, tailored to the specific circumstances of each operation, around issues such as absenteeism, retention, recruitment, performance benchmarking, salary reviews and employee surveys to help ensure ongoing effective operations. You will be an employee relations professional with significant exposure in managing complex cases and managing the redundancy and restructuring process. It would be a significant advantage if you had worked within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
