A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Human Resources Manager required to manage a HR team of 2 and to support a client group of circa 400 employees. You will report directly into the board with responsibility to ensure that the business stays within employment law guidelines. The business is going through some organisation development due to various acquisitions and therefore a significant part of this role will look at rationalisation and restructuring to support this. You will also play a key role in pushing through the cultural change to ensure a smooth integration. This would be a great role for an experienced advisor who is looking to take the next step up or a manger who is looking for a role that has an operational focus which also has growing strategic responsibilities. You will be a highly commercially focused HR professional who understands how to advise a business on risk and support them through decisions and changes. You will need to be an excellent communicator and networker who is able to build relationships and credibility fast. You will be experienced in all areas of hr, strong on ER issues and managing change. This is a confidential role and the business operate within an interesting fast paced developmental sector, where business acumen is important.
