HR Advisor - Systems – Oxfordshire – up to £32,000 plus benefits – Ref 5745
Our client, a large employer in Oxfordshire, is now looking for an HR Systems Advisor to support the HRBP Systems to ensure the maintenance and future development of HR SAP and other IT applications used in HR as system capabilities and business needs evolve. You will be leading and providing the front line support and guidance to various business areas to effectively carry out their core functions in SAP HR.
You will be delivering day-to-day advice, fault resolution, system enhancements and corrections in SAP HR covering Personnel Administration, Organisation Management, Personnel Development, Payroll and Training modules; supporting the HR business interface with SAP Technical/ Corporate System Development in line with SAP change and problem-management processes through System integration testing; and supporting periodic audits of HR SAP master data for accuracy and completeness, and to propose actions for correcting errors and reducing future error rates.
To be successful you should have in-depth knowledge of HR SAP 4.6C or above and an SAP certification or equivalent experience. Extensive knowledge of SAP User Acceptance Testing and System Integration Testing is essential. You should have experience of the implementation and configuration of ERP products.
You will typically be educated to HNC level or equivalent in a relevant subject (e.g. business studies), and have good problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills (including document writing, presentations and effective participation in meetings).
