We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to provide effective functional HR support, with a strong results orientation, to the business across allocated areas of responsibility:
- Contribute to delivery of HR services by acting as an effective, supportive and accountable member of the HR team.
- Deliver elements of agreed HR strategies to meet requirements of national and locally identified corporate priorities.
- Act as a role model, mentor and learning resource for members of the HR team and line managers.
- Contribute to formulation, review and development and implementation of new human resource policies and procedures for the business in collaboration with staff side colleagues.
- To be the main HR contact for a specific area of business.
