Main responsibilities:
Recruitment and Selection
Induction, and provision of ‘starter packs' to new employees
Provide personality profiling
Maintain personnel files and KCS database, employee handbooks etc..
Provide HR/ER advice and guidance to managers and employees
Full involvement in disciplinary and grievance procedures
Maintain organisational information for management and staff
Attend Company Pension Scheme trustee meetings as an observer.
Ensure management awareness of current salary and benefit levels and assist with annual pay reviews
Co-ordinate the Appraisal Scheme
Absence management
Be an active member of the senior management team
Stand alone HR role
