Due to restructure and growth, my client working in the entertainment industry, is presently looking to recruit a generalist HR manager to head up the provision of human resource services to a customer base for one of their affiliate businesses in Oxford. A great opportunity to work with the senior management to add your people skills to the mix in driving the business forward, you will be a key figure in ensuring the brand continues to be an attractive proposition and employer of choice within the area. A mix of operational HR and strategic work, you will manage employee relations issues, review, amend and implement existing policies and procedures, while undertaking project work to help maximise the potential of the people within the business in conjunction with the commercial heads of the organisation. As the successful candidate, you should be fully CIPD qualified with strong knowledge of employment law, previous supervisory experience and be happy working with managers to contribute directly to business improvement and growth through effective HR solutions.
