Interim HR Manager (up to 3 months FTC) – Oxford – up to £34,000 plus benefits – Ref 5489
Our client, based in the public sector in Oxford, is now looking for an outcome orientated HR Manager to run a three month Employee Relations Project.
Strong demonstrable experience in running and advising on formal investigations and process under disciplinary and capability policies is essential, as well as a thorough knowledge of up to date employment law. The successful candidate will have past experience in developing user friendly employment policies and procedures, previous employment with the public sector is preferable but not essential. The successful candidate will typically have substantial HR experience, be CIPD qualified and be skilled in communicating with and supporting managers at all levels.
