My client, a well-known name in the retail/service industry is now looking for a talented Regional HR manager with a strong Learning and Development slant to join their business and help them to continue their success.
A national brand working with a number of different business partnerships, my client is seeking someone who has specific experience of working within the food retail industry (ie. within environment that food is prepared for sale on site) as this is one of the key areas of their business that they are looking to bolster, specifically in terms of management development and day to day HR support to empower staff to continue to succeed in their work.
A motivational environment where people are able to be truly passionate about their brand identity, this is a unique business that will offer great opportunity for further development and for you to make a significant contribution to their bottom line profitability.
As the successful candidate you will have a background as outlined above (food preparation/retail), will ideally have covered a regional remit, and will be a strong generalist with a particular flair for training and development. CIPD is preferred but not essential with the right background.
