Our client, a well known name in the leisure industry, are looking for a Regional HR Manager to cover Scotland  - Circa. 600 employees.
 
 
Covering C. 20 sites, this is a fast paced organisation seeking an HR professional who can keep up with the pace.  The nature of the role will require strong ER skills and an ability to influence and coach at all levels.  Working closely with the Management population, you will take a Business Partner approach and a strong commercial business understanding would be advantageous.
 
Ideally you will come from a similar background, perhaps retail, leisure or fast-paced multi-site and be able to demonstrate throughout your HR career, clear progression and flexibility.  In return, the organisation will support your own development and can offer an excellent benefits package including a potential 35% bonus, generous car allowance and private medical insurance for you and your family.
 
CIPD qualification or working towards is a strong desirable.
