Responsibilities:
Reporting to the HR Leader UK & Ireland, the successful candidate for this position will be responsible for managing the site HR team to provide a broad range of human resources services in support of business objectives and human resource initiatives for the site. You will provide HR support to employees and managers and work with the Centers of Excellence to deliver compensation, organisational development, talent management, workforce planning, deployment, and retention services and strategies to address the current and future needs of the business while ensuring a diverse and globally oriented workforce.
The Person
You will be CIPD qualified with strong knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations. From an engineering and manufacturing background you will have experience of working within a unionised environment. You must a self-starter with demonstrated ability to positively influence others, particularly leadership development and coaching.
