My client a Global Blue Chip giant is currently seeking an Assistant HR Planning Manager to join HRIS team in their opulent offices for their Euro region operations. You will be expected to develop a measurement matrix that will ensure monitoring of systems Data accuracy and trend analysis. This position is expected to support and drive the systems implementation as well as create and deliver the weekly, monthly and annual statistical analysis reports for senior management. You will need to have experience of running a team, be IT literate particularly in with spreadsheet and hr databases. You will need to be at ease with manipulation and interpretation of a variety of data from different sources.
