Job Description
Reporting in to the HR Director you will be responsible for leading the provision of a professional and business focused HR Service. You will work closely with the senior management team to implement value adding activity across the business in support of the people function.
Your key responsibilities will be:-
• Translating strategy into manageable and achievable HR activity that adds value.
• Providing a clear understanding to management and senior stakeholders on motivating mechanisms and supporting people through change.
• Advising and delivering organisational change across the business in support of the organisation growth potential.
• Supporting and facilitating resource strategies and managing effective talent management activities.
• Managing employee relations issues.
• Seeking continuous improvement to develop the HR function into a Business Partnering function.
You should be of graduate calibre with a proven track record in the delivery of HR strategy. A strong HR Generalist skill set needs to be combined with excellent communication skills and a high level of commercial awareness. Ideally you will be CIPD qualified.
