Job Description
This is a fantastic Generalist role with a focus on Recruitment, Employee Relations and Training. If successful you will soon be Training and Developing managers, as well as providing HR advice and support for them. You will also be recruiting for all levels of the organisation; this will include the administration of Psychometric tests.
You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all legal requirements throughout the organisation, as well as driving company wide initiatives. Furthermore, you will be advising on disciplinary issues across the board. Additionally you will be producing action plans, HR reports, and you will also be involved in project work.
Self development is actively encouraged, so this is a great opportunity to gain some really diverse experience.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
Degree qualified.
CIPD qualified.
Excellent communication skills are a must.
A real customer focus.
Ability to work within a team environment.
Experience within change management, recruitment, training and advising within a generalist role is also required.
FMCG experience and exposure to a unionised environment are also desired.
