Reporting to a Senior HR Manager but with a dotted line to the HR Director this is a far reachingrole supporting the Corporate and Business Unit HR within the organisation. This is a fully generalist position but has a focus on work around change, Compensation and Benefits and Recruitment. The role sits as part of a larger proactive HR team in an organisation where HR is seen as critical to driving performance and success.
Our client are looking for a degree qualified HR professional preferably with a recent background in Financial or Professional services. You must be CIPD qualified and have had exposure across the full generalist remit including reward and change. This role is a great opportunity to enhance your HR skills in a supportive environment and will really suit someone with a desire to get ahead.

£40,000 with benefits.
