Job Description

As HR Manager you will be responsible for a team of two supporting a client group of 600.You will report to and deputise for the Head of HR and will therefore have the ambition to follow an upward career path.
This is a generalist opportunity . You will provide advisory and support services to the business, develop and implement HR initiatives and strategies focussing on continuous improvement and be responsible for HR Projects.
You will need to be a strong communicator and relationship builder to be successful in this role. You will need to build strong relations with both internal and external clients.
This role although based in Surrey will require some UK travel.
To be successful as HR Manager you will need to be adaptable to a changing environment. This is a fast moving organisation growing rapidly by acquisition. You will need the skills to work with senior managers across all functions, have skills in project management, experience of Change Management and a broad generalist background that includes both operational and strategic HR.
Experience of TUPE would be an advantage as would CIPD qualification. However a proven track record in HR and team fit is essential. Our client is a rapidly expanding organisation.
