Job Description

This HR Manager role will take responsibly for the HR function of the Practise. You will report into the Managing Partner and have a considerable degree of autonomy and influence.
The key responsibility will be to build and develop the HR department where you will service the Lawyers and support staff on a generalist perspective. This will include the Policies and procedures,employee relations, payroll and recruitment.
You will become part of the senior management team where HR can add real value to the developing successful business. To become the successful HR Manager you will be able to demonstrate the following:
• Prior exposure to the legal or professional services sector.
• A strong track record in generalist HR up to Management level.
• A CIPD qualification
• The ability to operate in a challenging intellectual environment.
