This is a strategic HR role influencing, strategically working with the business,succession planning and delivering a first class HR Best practice service to the organisation.
Our client is ideally looking for a HR professional who has worked in a Business Services, Construction or Facilities Management sector or a business that has worked in true partnership. The candidate will have a proven track record in HR with exposure to working as a Generalist at operational and strategic levels. This role focuses on influencing through strategy and relationship building. Merging and influencing cultural change initiatives within the group partnership. Preferably CIPD qualified but not essential. Excellent career prospects
