Job Description
A leading global provider in communication products and services are looking for an HR Manager to provide a generalist service across approx 300 staff. You will report it into the EMEA HR Director and VP of Western Europe. You will have the challenge of enhancing the professionalism of management, creating and maintaining induction programs and participating in EMEA HR projects. This role will involve a true generalists
You will have an international and open mindset and good business understanding.
You will be CIPD qualified with a University degree, preferably with focus on HR.
Solid professional HR UK experience, preferably from an international company and on a management level.
You will have good communication skills, interpersonal and intercultural understanding. You will enjoy building and developing a business and service oriented HR function.
You will be enthusiastic, open and independent. Flexible, focused and hardworking.
