Job Description
My client a charitable organisation based in Central Maidstone is looking to recruit an HR Manager with a generalist HR profile
The role has substantial autonomy and you will be a key member of the HR team. The role is a generalist position, that will involve recruitment and retention strategies, people management issues, supervising projects to improve HR Services, including pay reviews and attendance initiatives and Tupe delivery.
Exposure within social care/public or voluntary sector will be a distinct advantage.
Experience Needed
You must be CIPD qualified and have good operational HR experience to be considered for this role, along with an excellent understanding of employment law
Candidates must be able to demonstrate good hands on experience and have transport as you will be required to travel to various sites within Kent, Essex and East Sussex.
This role is Monday to Friday with a 37 hour working week.
