Job Description
My client is a well known B2B media organisation based near Epsom in Surrey.
Due to organisational growth, we are looking for a HR Manager to join the team.
This position will start off as a 6 month assignment but could become a permanent role for the right candidate.
This does not mean in any way that candidates after interim roles only should not apply.
You will be part of a tight knit HR team of looking after a client base of approximately 450.
Your primary responsibilities will include;
-Act as a specialist/leader with regard to HR issues faced by the client departments and champion and implement relevant people initiatives including restructures, performance and absence management, acquisitions/integrations, employee relations matters, talent management and legislative advice.
-Contribute to shaping the operational delivery, projects and organisational change initiatives of the HR function.
You will have a sound knowledge and experience of all key areas of Human Resources Management including: performance management, employee relations (preferably in a unionised environment), organisational change, TUPE, absence management, career development, remuneration & benefits and recruitment & selection.
You will also be CIPD qualified and will have the majority of your HR experience within the private/commercial sector, ideally a fast paced environment such as banking or retail.
