Job Description

The Human Resources Manager will lead the delivery of quality HR services across a pan European remit. Responsibilities will be broad incorporating police &procedure, recruitment & retention, employee learning & development, employment law, disciplinary & grievance, compensation & benefits, performance reviews, management reporting, ad-hoc projects and managing an HR Administrator. The successful candidate for the Human Resources Manager will be able to demonstrate the following key attributes:

• Proven delivery of quality generalist HR services
• Experience of working with a pan European employee base
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrable experience of building relationships and influencing up to a executive level
• Experience of working with a US owned technology business preferred
• Degree educated and preferably CIPD qualified.
